This nearly 4-hour VDOS event is ideal for residents in preparation for the AVDC or EVDC practical examination and veterinarians having a desire to specialize. Selected procedures in oral surgery (extraction of multiple teeth, partial mandibulectomy and maxillectomy, repair of mandibular and maxillary fractures, and repair of palate defects) are reviewed in detail and discussed based on anticipated grading criteria.
