The educational experience in dentistry and oral surgery is enhanced by participation in rounds and journal clubs. A mixture of case-/topic-based learning, interactive discussion, and article review provide opportunities for direct communication with the teacher. Various oral inflammatory disorders will be discussed during the 2.5-hour online event, including caudal stomatitis in cats, canine chronic ulcerative stomatitis, pyogenic granuloma, eosinophilic granuloma, and osteomyelitis/osteonecrosis.
