The educational experience in dentistry and oral surgery is enhanced by participation in VDOS clinical rounds and journal clubs. A mixture of case-/topic-based learning, interactive discussion, and article review provide opportunities for direct communication with the teacher. The topic discussed during the 2.5-hour online event is about oral/maxillofacial trauma (soft tissues) in dogs and cats. The event begins July 21 at 6PM ET (which is in the morning in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, etc.) and discusses the same topic as in the event the day after.
